Our most popular business programs are two hour and half day seminars. However, we also provide full-day seminars, weekend retreats, ‘lunch hour liberations’ and the humorous ‘A cup of Joe and a cup of Mo’.  We also have semi-monthly, monthly and bi-monthly meetings available.
